Medical Therapy for Amblyopia After Occlusion Failure

This paper is an interim report on a prospective trial where ecothiophate is used to stimulate an amblyopic eye and atropine is used to blur the good eye.  The treatment has been used where conventional occlusion therapy has failed give a satisfactory result, or where amblyopia has recurred after such therapy.
